OLD CONWAY MEMORIAL PLAQUES

Former Conway Cadets may be remembered by the commissioning a plaque which may be placed in the Conway Chapel at Birkenhead Priory, the oldest building on Merseyside.

The plaques will be placed either side of the windows and will serve as a permanent memorial to the Old Conway in the Chapel which is maintained by the Trustees of the Friends of HMS Conway.

In most cases the names will be of deceased Old Conways where details have been provided by family members.   The Trustees are also aware that some former Cadets may wish to make arrangements now for their own name to put in place at the appropriate time. In such cases the forms will be retained by the Trustees until they have been notified by family members, or a nominated person, to implement the request.
