Club's 2026 AGM Weekend

This year's AGM weekend will be at the world famous Ironbridge Gorge from Friday 16th October to Sunday 18th. Full information and the booking form are here.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NEW BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2026:
HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL BY 26th JULY TO SECURE OUR SPECIAL RATES

After this date you can book your accommodation with the hotel, but the cost will be subject to whatever they consider to be the going rate. You can also of course try your luck on websites such as Booking.com and Trivago.

Whichever option you choose, please remember to book your Saturday night dinner with Mim Smith as several people have booked the hotel but not the dinner.

Don’t forget to book your place on the coach to go to Blists Hill or for the steam train - see further information in The Cadet.

The Friends have created an archive at the MMM of 1,004 original photos of Conway scenes. The list of photos is here. If you have any original photos not listed you can donate them to the archive by sending them to alfie@hmsconway.org
